Paul Isles | Managing Director - has over 15 years experience in the business, spanning across the West End, tours, TV and film. Paul graduated from performing arts school and was lucky enough to join the original cast of the Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre. Other shows include Saturday Night Fever; Porgy and Bess; Fame; Oh What a Night; The Full Monty. He has also danced on TV shows such as Star for a Night; Stars in your Eyes; Top of the Pops; The Royal Variety Show. Paul is still a guest teacher at some of the UK's top dance schools helping students with their audition technique. His time spent on and off the stage adds an invaluable perspective, enabling him to guide clients through their career paths with real insight, knowledge and an understanding of what it is like to be a performer.

Jenny Arnold | Musical Theatre Consultant - knows all you need to know about Musical Theatre having choreographed and directed in theatre, film and TV over the last three decades. Some of her most famous work has been choreographing Jerry Springer, The Opera at the National Theatre, Cambridge Theatre and National Tour for which she was nominated for an Olivier Award. She has collaborated with many directors including Christopher Luscombe on The Rocky Horror Show, Spamalot and most recently Love's Labour's Lost and Love's Labour's Won with the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford, soon to be seen in the West End. Films include Confetti and Nativity, both starring Martin Freeman. Jenny has also been involved in several arena shows including Doctor Who Live and Milkshake Live to name but a few. Her knowledge of the business is excellent and so is her eye for talent.

Kimmi Hughes-Ward | Agent - Kimmi is excited to be looking for and working with new talent at IM Isles Management. With 15 years of experiences in West End theatre, film and TV, Kimmi trained at Bird Collage and went on to make her West End debut in the original London cast of Kiss Me Kate at the age of 19. Other West End theatre credits include: Elouise in Vampirette; Mamma Mia; Joseph; Buffy In Starlight Express (UK and Scandinavia tour) Lynda in Saturday Night Fever; Assistant Choreographer on Swing Fever and Annie the Musical. Television credits include: Annalise in Doctor Who (BBC); Britannia High (ITV); dancer for Kate Nash; news reporter in Who Wants to be a Superhero (CBBS); featured artist in This Morning commercial (ITV); Kiss me Kate DVD. Kimmi was thrilled to be part of the team in Celebrating 70 years of Bruce Forsyth, partnering Sir Bruce himself. She assisted Karen Bruce on Starlight Express South Africa and was also an assistant choreographer to Karen Bruce on BBC Strictly Come Dancing 2014 & 2015. Film credits include: Dancer in the film Beyond The Sea, directed by Kevin Spacey, choreographed by Rob Ashford; Dance Captain & Dancer, along side Paul Isles, in the Cinderella movie, directed by Kenneth Branagh. Kimmi has taught in many professional colleges, including Urdang & London Studio Centre, teaching Musical Theatre and Jazz. She also works for The Royal Academy of Dance, teaching workshops in Singapore, Luxembourg, France and London. Kimmi has great connections in Musical Theatre, she has a perfect eye for talent and knows a good performer when she sees one!
